SHIPPING

• Standard Shipping is £5, with current dispatch time of 3-5 business days for items shown as in stock, standard shipping is sent using Royal Mail 48 Hours tracked service.
• Express UK shipping is £7 and has a dispatch time of 1-2 business days for items shown as in stock, express shipping is sent via royal mail 24 hour tracked service.
• We also offer an untracked service for £4 via 'Royal Mail signed for' with a dispatch time of 3-5 business days.
• Stickers, key tags, and lanyards have free shipping, are processed within 3-5 business days, and sent via 2nd class post.



INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

• For international orders Shipping is £15 for Clothing and Prints, and £2 for stickers.
• International shipping is priced excluding taxes and duty; all shipments are sent receiver pays taxes and duties.
• Stickers aren't sent tracked.



TURNAROUND DELAYS

• Please note that due to the ongoing impacts of covid and brexit, it can take up to 14 business days for production and dispatch in periods of high demand, we aim to inform all customers should there be any expected delays incurred.



RETURNS

• We appreciate that you may want to send things back, and we want to make sure this is done as smoothly as possible, whilst we are still small and growing, returns are managed on a case by case basis. Unfortunately we cannot offer free returns on our items.

• Unfortunately we don't have a returns policy for the stickers, in the unfortunate event that your sticker does arrive damaged please contact us and we can arrange a resolution.
