UK SHIPPING

• For clothing we Offer EVRI (£4) , Royal Mail (£6) and DPD (£5) tracked shipping services
• We've teamed up with our good friend Illustrator Maker to fulfil the printing and shipping of our artwork prints (as he's a pro), shipping for these is currently charged in alignment with our clothing rates.
• Stickers, key tags, and lanyards have free shipping, are processed within 3-5 business days, and sent via 2nd class post.



INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

• For international orders Shipping is priced based on country and item, untracked international shipping for clothing starts at £8.
• International shipping is priced excluding taxes and duty; all shipments are sent receiver pays taxes and duties. If selecting untracked international shipping you are accepting the risk that an item may not arrive and we aren’t able to offer refund or replacements for items ordered on this service.
• Stickers aren't sent tracked.



TURNAROUND DELAYS

• Please note that as Takona is still a very small business (it's just me doing everything) it can take up to 14 business days for production and dispatch in periods of high demand, we aim to inform all customers should there be any expected delays incurred.



RETURNS

• We appreciate that you may want to send things back, and we want to make sure this is done as smoothly as possible, whilst we are still small and growing, returns are managed on a case by case basis. Unfortunately we cannot offer free returns on our items.

• Unfortunately we don't have a returns policy for the stickers, in the unfortunate event that your sticker does arrive damaged please contact us and we can arrange a resolution.
