Silverstone MSVR GB3 & GB4 – 02–03 August 2025
We went on Day 2 with Carnatter and watched from the Brooklands Suite
Sunday 3 August we made our way to Silverstone for the second day of the MSVR GB3 and GB4 Championships. This one was a bit different for us. We went in with a Carnatter ticket, which meant we were not just turning up to watch the racing. Carnatter are teaming up with Silverstone to put on car meets alongside the motorsport weekends, so you get the best of both worlds.
The ticket got us into the Brooklands Suite. If you have never been, it is a great place to watch from. You are looking straight down over Brooklands, Luffield, and the run onto the Wellington Straight. You get to see the cars braking, turning in, and powering out. There is space to sit, grab a drink, and have a breather between sessions without missing anything.
The racing
GB3 is the top rung of the national single seater ladder. Some big names have come through here, like Lando Norris and George Russell. GB4 runs on the same weekend and is the first step for drivers moving up from karting or club racing. Both series put on close, fast racing that is great to watch from trackside.
Why the Carnatter ticket is worth it
- Great value. Through Carnatter tickets for this event were £10 per person, with under 16s free. For Silverstone that is a seriously affordable way to watch live motorsport.
- Prime viewing. Brooklands Suite gives you a clear angle to watch the cars working hard through the corners.
- More to the day. Because Carnatter bring the car meet side as well, there is always something else to go and see between races.
Wrapping it up
Mixing motorsport with a car meet just works. You get the buzz of the racing, the atmosphere of a meet, and somewhere decent to watch it all from, without spending a fortune.
