The April 2025 Sunday Scramble at Bicester Heritage was nothing short of spectacular. Set against the backdrop of the historic RAF base turned motoring mecca, the event brought together enthusiasts of all ages, marques, and interests. From pre-war classics to JDM heroes, the variety on display made for a sensory-rich celebration of car culture.
Takona attended the event not as an exhibitor, but as part of the crowd soaking up the atmosphere, connecting with supporters, and sharing in the communal passion for cars. One of the highlights? Spotting numerous Takona T-shirts among the crowd a powerful and humbling reminder of the growing reach of our message around mental health and community.
The air buzzed with conversation and camaraderie. Workshop doors were open, engines were revving, and conversations sparked around every bonnet. The Scramble continues to be one of the UK’s best grassroots motoring events, and we’re proud to be a small part of that story.
Here’s what we saw through our lens:
For Takona, events like the Scramble are about more than the cars. They're about people. They’re spaces where a love for machinery becomes a bridge to meaningful conversation—something we’re proud to champion through every design and interaction.
